Envision completed exterior stair improvements at Moffitt Cancer Center, including the demolition and replacement of one stairway and grout repairs at a second stairway. The work addressed ongoing water intrusion and deterioration concerns while improving the long-term performance of a frequently used exterior access point.
After investigation, our team removed the existing stair structure to access and resolve the underlying condition, then rebuilt the stairway and completed supporting stucco patching and caulking. Due to the stair location and limited equipment access, demolition debris and concrete materials were carefully removed and transported by hand, requiring close field coordination and disciplined site management.
Because the work took place on an active healthcare campus, Envision maintained barricades and controlled access throughout the project to protect patients, staff, and visitors while keeping the surrounding area organized and accessible.
