Envision completed stairwell improvements at Moffitt Cancer Center’s MRC, including painting, lighting upgrades, drywall repair, texture matching, and finish work at railings, door frames, and stair stringers. The project refreshed a high-use stairwell while improving visibility, durability, and the overall condition of the space.
Because the work took place in an active healthcare environment, our team coordinated off-hours construction, barricades, and clear site separation to minimize disruption for patients, staff, and visitors. The narrow stairwell required a creative access approach, with our team carefully coordinating ladder placement and work sequencing to complete elevated painting areas where a lift could not be used.
