Envision completed the relocation and replacement of a trash compactor unit at Moffitt Cancer Center to improve loading dock access and better support day-to-day facility operations. The scope included electrical relocation, selective demolition, a new concrete pad, bollards, dumpster stops, striping, new compactor unit coordination, and final cleaning.
Because the work took place in an active healthcare environment, our team coordinated barricades, site protection, and off-hours construction to minimize disruption while maintaining safe, organized access around the loading dock.
