This renovation involved significant electrical, HVAC, and plumbing upgrades to convert an existing storage area into a 50 SF, ADA-compliant unisex bathroom. Additionally, our team installed drywall and framing, floor and wall tile finishes, ceiling modifications, and ADA-compliant fixtures and accessories.

Our team worked closely with USF to coordinate and execute the project schedule, ensuring minimal disruption to faculty and campus operations. Recognizing the importance of maintaining a functional and accessible environment for staff to work, the construction schedule was coordinated to take place predominantly during the summer due to reduced foot traffic on campus.
