University of South Florida St. Petersburg Davis Hall Renovation

The University of South Florida St. Petersburg Davis Hall Renovation transformed the building’s dated, second-floor academic space into a flexible and modern space for students and faculty. The Beck-Envision team renovated the 35,000 SF floor to include 13 classrooms with new audio/visual equipment, lighting, and furniture, as well as faculty offices, student lounges, and research space. Additionally, students now enjoy greater views of Bayboro Harbor and Harborwalk at the sides of the building—the scenery that inspired the interior design choices of the renovation.
